CNC HORIZONTAL TURNING
A variety of manual and cnc lathes gives us the capability of turning parts
as small as .250" diameter to as large as 12.000" diameter.
Live tooling allows us to add many additional part features while turning,
providing a cost effective manufacturing process.
CNC VERTICAL MILLING
CNC and manual Lathes with table capacities of up to 21" x 44"
allows for machining of complex shapes and features.
Rotary index heads allow for radial holes, slots and flats.
TIMING PULLEY & GEAR CUTTING
CNC, Shaper, and traditional gear hobbers
allows us to cut all of our precision and custom syncronous timing pulleys
along with a variety of spur gears in sizes of .25 inch diameter
up to 16.00 inch diameter with lengths up to 36.00 inches long.
LASER MARKING SERVICES
As a business entity of Custom Machine and Tool Co., Inc. we offer laser etching, laser engraving and laser marking services on stainless steel, steel, aluminum, ceramics and plastics.
